Office of the University Ombuds

Need a confidential place to talk? The Office of University Ombuds helps current CSUSM faculty, staff and enrolled students resolve University-related conflicts, disputes or complaints on an informal basis.

CSUSM faculty, staff and students can work with the Omuds to develop options, explore solutions and understand policy where appropriate. Ombuds can also provide referrals. The office is confidential, neutral, informal and independent.

Please Note: This resource is not currently provided; however, we are actively exploring options to support faculty, staff, and students in resolving university-related disputes or complaints confidentially, neutrally, and informally.
