Referendum Results

CSUSM students voted 59.9% to 38.6% to not increase the Recreation Fee to support a Wellness and Recreation Facility.  The special referendum election took place Tuesday, April 9 through Thursday, April 11, with a voter turnout of 1,317 students: 9.85% of the student population.

The “Be Well. Be You.” educational campaign was led by student ambassadors from Campus Recreation and Associated Students Incorporated (ASI), among other student groups and organizations.
