Thank you for your submission..

Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for your folder access request to be processed.
You will be notified via email when your folder is ready and thus have access to the server.

In the meantime, here's how to prepare your entry:

*Before you upload your video please make sure your video is exported properly.



In Premiere Pro: 
Make sure your sequence window is selected.
Click on File > Export > Media... 
In the pop up window, under "Export Settings", the "Format" dropdown shoud be set to: "H.264", and the "Preset" dropdown should be set to "Match Source - High Bitrate". Click on the link next to "Output Name" to choose where your file is saved. Then click the "Export" button in the lower right hand corner.

In Final Cut Pro:
 Make sure your sequence window is selected.
Click on File > Share
In the pop up window, select the drop down box on the upper left hand side.  Select Quicktime H264.
Check the box that says: Open in QuickTime.
Choose your destination folder.
Click the Export button on the lower right hand corner.

Create a JPEG image that represents your movie. It could even be a still image of a freeze frame.

Uploading your video and image:

*Video must be uploaded from a Mac on campus:

Follow the steps below:

Step 1. In the finder menu, Select Go, then Connect To Server.

Step 2. Paste the link in the Server Address field.

Enter your username and password.

Step 4. Navigate to your folder (it will be labeled your user name).

Upload your movie file and .jpeg image of your movie.
