    Creates opportunities for CSUSM students to practice civic leadership and encourage open dialogues about the health of our democracy.

Civic Action Plan

On March 1, 2016, President Karen S. Haynes signed the Campus Compact 30th Anniversary Action Statement of Presidents and Chancellors.
Signing the statement signifies CSUSM's recommitment to the values of civic engagement and action in service to the public good.
