Technology Support Services

The Faculty/Staff Help Desk is available to support your office and classroom technology-related needs. Whenever possible, our Help Desk technicians will remote your state computer (with your permission) to assist you the quickest way possible.  If we cannot fix your issue over the telephone, we will generate a Help Desk ticket and assign it to another member of the IITS staff
