Brief description of role/ job duties: We service several clients and consult them to become successful within the corporate retail industry. This can include helping brands with product development, creating collateral and marketing materials, packaging, and getting them retail ready. Once a brand is ready, we will work with key account buyers in hopes to gain product placement. This includes traveling to corporate headquarters to maintain a strong relationship with retailers. An Account Executive is responsible to create all buyer releases and keep up with clientele's trends, market research, target demographics, and competitor brands. We are responsible for managing all of our accounts and our Coordinator and Intern team that supports our every-day tasks. 

Favorite thing about your job: I love being able to go into almost any retailer like Nordstrom, Dillard's, Urban Outfitters, Costco, and see my brand being displayed for the world to see. It is such a rewarding experience to help entrepreneurs tap into their full potential. I am lucky to work at a company that is powered by all women who encourage one another too!

Favorite thing about the MKTG department from your CoBA memories:  During my last semester of my senior year, I was able to present to the San Diego Padres Sales and Marketing Team at Petco Park with my Sports Marketing class. This was definitely an experience I will never forget!

Favorite MKTG class: This is such a hard question because there are so many great ones to choose from. I would say my ultimate favorite class was Marketing Communications because I was able to sharpen my creative skills. We had the opportunity to create a marketing campaign for a local business who was struggling and present it to the owner. Little did I know that I was going to do similar projects now in my career when presenting to potential clients!
