My Parents
Their occupation, profession, or focus of their life’s work:
Dad was a CPA/College Professor, Mom was an elemetary school teacher
Their favorite hobby:
Dancing
Your favorite thing to do with your loved one:
Attending social functions where they can spend the night with friends and relatives, dancing.
Their greatest milestone or accomplishment:
Loving each other and being married to each for 70 years. Raising five awesome children!
Something they taught that sticks with you, or their best piece of advice:
Dad was straight to the point, let you know what he thinks, then let you decide for yourself. Mom is the kindest soul you could ever meet, always saying be kind to everyone.
How pandemic conditions affected their care or your ability to support them in their illness:
Lost both of them to COVID-19, they passed away within 5 hours of each other. Could not be with them in their last few days.

If they were here today, what would you like to say to them?
To tell them they are loved. To thank them for all the sacrifices they made for us their children, and that I hoped we their children have made them proud.
