Applying to CSUSM

All applications must be submitted online via www.csumentor.edu.

 

Fall 2017: Admissions to CSUSM is open for all veteran and active duty applicants until March 31, 2017.

Spring 2018: Admissions to CSUSM for Spring 2018 will open on August 1, 2017 and close on October 30, 2017.

  • Transfer students (both lower and upper division) must have a transferable English Communications course and a transferable Mathematics (Colleg Algebra or greater - intermediate algebra will not work) or Quantitative Reasoning course and a 2.0 GPA minimum.
  • Although we offer a longer application period for veterans and active duty, it does not guarantee eligibility for the April 29th orientation/registration offered for Veterans and Active Duty servicemembers.
  • To be eligible to attend the April 29th Orientation/Registration, you must be ADMITTED and already SUBMITTED YOUR INTENT TO ENROLL by April 13, 2017.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this deadline.
