SRA AdobeSign Instructions

  1. Select the Student Responsibility Agreement
  2. You will be directed to a screen that looks like the following:

  3. Use the dropdown menu and select “SA -Veteran…..Agreement” and you will be taken to this screen:

    • Enter your STUDENT email.
      Although you can write any email, in order to use AdobeForms, you MUST use your account.
    • Scroll to the right and REPLACE [NAME] with your [Last name, First name]
    • Do not mark anything on the "Set Reminder" question
    • Select Submit
  4. Then, in your inbox, you will receive an email that looks like the following:

  5. Click on Review & Sign
  6.  Enter your student email and click “Continue”.

  7. Select “Company or School Account

  8. The form should pop up.
    Fill out ALL the information. Make sure to fill out the entire SECOND page as well.

  9. After you’re done, sign and select “Click to Sign”.

  10. You can select download the form for your records. You will receive confirmation that it will go to the next signer. You will receive an email confirmation when has signed and you will be able to keep a .pdf file.
