Employment Verifications

Employment Verifications can be faxed directly to the Payroll Office at (760) 750-3121. Due to high volume, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. A signed release of information from the employee must be provided.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Forms

The PSLF form can be completed online at studentaid.gov.  Employees will then be able to send the form to payroll@csusm.edu to be electronically signed by a payroll representative. You do not need to email payroll@csusm.edu to let them know to expect an email from docusign, payroll staff are aware of this process.
