Employment Verifications

Employment Verifications can be faxed directly to the Payroll Office at (760) 750-3121. Due to high volume, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.  A signed release of information from the employee must be provided.

 

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Forms

The PSLF form can be completed online at https://studentaid.gov/.  Employees will then be able to send the form to payroll@csusm.edu to be electronically signed by a payroll representative. You do not need to email payroll@csusm.edu to let them know to expect an email from docusign, payroll staff are aware of this process.
