Faculty Early Retirement Program (FERP) Election Form

Article 29.2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of Trustees of the California State University and the California Faculty Association states, "An eligible tenured faculty unit employee shall notify the President in writing at least six (6) months priors to the beginning of the campus academic year that they opt to participate in the Faculty Early Retirement Program (FERP).  The President may waive the required notice period."  This form meets this contract requirement for notification of intent.
