• 11/16/23: Welcome to the IFSA Launch Ceremony!

  Dear Colleagues:

  As a community of international faculty and staff here at CSUSM, we want to invite you to our official launch ceremony. The International Faculty and Staff Association (IFSA) has been a group on our CSUSM campus since 2020 and has only recently (Fall, 2023) been given official recognition and authorization to function as the International Faculty and Staff Association. The mission of our association is to “support, celebrate, and advocate for international faculty and staff, and promote global awareness and global competence among members of our university community.” We would be honored to celebrate this milestone with you, and to share some of the unique ways we have been serving our campus community and contributing to the mission of our university.

• 12/15/23: Join our 2023 Annual International Holiday Dinner

  Every year, the International Faculty and Staff Association (IFSA) organizes a holiday dinner aimed at bringing IFSA members and non IFSA colleagues together. The goal of the dinner is to connect with each other and our colleagues.

  This year, the international dinner will take place on December 15^th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at an international restaurant still to be decided. For more information about this event, please, reach out to Dr. Elvis Nshom at enshom@csusm.edu
