Academic Requirement Report (ARR) Correction Form

If you have found an error on your ARR, please submit a correction request below. Requests will be processed within 2-3 weeks. You are encouraged to continue to check your ARR for updates in your Student Center at To expedite a response, please be specific in the correction you provide.

 Our office is not involved in the processing of transcripts. 

Do not submit an ARR Correction Form to request to have your transcripts evaluated.
